Mister Rogers enters carrying a bag with two dolls in it. One of the dolls is an in-line skating doll and the other is a baby doll that is wearing a diaper. The in-line skating doll is wearing all the proper safety equipment. Chuck Aber shows up with real in-line skates and safety equipment. In the Neighborhood of Make-Believe, Mr. Aber wears a raincoat and tells Prince Tuesday that Lady Elaine Fairchilde is squirting people with her hose. Cornflake S. Pecially asks Mr. Aber to help him cover his machine so it does not get wet. Mr. Aber tells Lady Elaine that she needs to think about how other people feel and ask them before she squirts them with her hose. Lady Elaine agrees to ask people before squirting them. Later, Mister Rogers talks about potty training and Mr. McFeely shows up with a video entitled “How People Make Concrete Sidewalks.”
