Upside down

Mister Rogers shows a reversible coat that Chef Brockett lent to him. He takes the lining out of his raincoat. He goes to Brockett’s Bakery to return the coat. He buys a pineapple upside-down cake. He then puts his sweater on upside down. Betty Aberlin brings a Cinderella book with no words. While Mister Rogers looks at the pictures, Betty sings a Cinderella song. In the Neighborhood of Make-Believe, Chef Brockett brings King Friday an upside-down cake. The king doesn’t like the name and decrees that everyone should say what he doesn’t mean. He makes Queen Sara cry and offends Miss Paulificate until they understand that he is saying the opposite of what he means. The king changes the rule.
