In the Neighborhood of Make-Believe, Handyman takes the hopping cap to Corney, X, and Henrietta for them to try. Elsie Jean and Dr. Bill play the bagpipes. Dr. Bill has only a short time to play because four patients show up needing his help. Since he cured the wizard, he has been very busy with patients.
