Rules of the road

Mister Rogers arrives with a “Yield” sign. After explaining what “Yield” means he pretends his rug is a highway and his blocks are the vehicles. He talks about rules of the road and the triangle shape. Mister Rogers floats a small sailboat in his sink. Betty Aberlin arrives with a model of the Eiffel Tower that Bob Trow has made. In the Neighborhood of Make-Believe, Grandpere and Henrietta are worried because the King, Queen, and Handyman Negri all went to Westwood and have not returned. Lady Aberlin asks a machine where everyone is. The machine instructs her to play her musical triangle thirteen times. Then they will return. After everyone returns safely, and Henrietta stops crying, the king tells Lady Aberlin he has a good secret to tell her. At Mister Rogers’ house, Betty and Mister Rogers talk about the difficulty of waiting.
