Mister Rogers Goes to Court

Mister Rogers has received a parking ticket. While he ran to the drug store to get change, a meter maid wrote him a ticket. At the traffic court, Mister Rogers has the clerk explain the court procedure. Mister Rogers pleads his case and is not fined.
