Mister Rogers shows a film of a factory where people make blankets and talks about the attachment some young children have to their blankets. In the Neighborhood of Make-Believe, X the Owl makes a mistake, and Lady Elaine Fairchilde wants to spank him. She eventually learns that in the end, the best discipline makes everybody feel better and that something good can come from something bad.
