Mister Rogers deciphers a note that Mr. McFeely wrote with invisible ink. When Mr. McFeely arrives they watch a video showing how people make suitcases. Later, after more instructions from Mr. McFeely, Mister Rogers is led to a surprise birthday party. In the Neighborhood of Make-Believe, Lady Elaine Fairchilde learns that she is not engaged to Neighbor Aber. Everyone celebrates the opening of a new sandbox.
