Mr. McFeely delivers a book, “Looking for Letters,” which Mister Rogers reads. In the Neighborhood of Make-Believe, Daniel has his turn with the magic kite. Officer Clemmons hides and pretends he is the voice of the kite. Daniel believes the kite is talking and singing. Lady Elaine thinks the kite is a bird. Nurse Miller explains about the kite’s magic. Daniel tells Nurse Miller and X that the kite sang for him. Nurse Miller tells them to watch the kite; then she sings. They think the kite is singing. Back with Mister Rogers, Officer Clemmons brings his broken chair to Mister Rogers because Handyman Negri is too busy to fix it. Mister Rogers says he will do the repairs.
