Mister Rogers describes several different types of badges. Officer Clemmons arrives wearing his police badge. He explains that he is a special officer who instructs other police officers how to help people be safe. Mr. McFeely stops by to ask Officer Clemmons to issue the Neighborhood of Make-Believe a permit to have a street fair. In the Neighborhood of Make-Believe, the neighborhood is preparing for the fair. Officer Clemmons issues the permit. Back with Mister Rogers, he shows how badges are made. He explains that a badge indicates the occupation of whoever wears it.
