Lady Elaine and Handyman Negri return from the jamboree. When Lady Elaine rushes him, Handyman Negri drops the memento he brought back. He becomes angry with her. Back with Mister Rogers, Chef Brockett complains that everything goes too fast in the neighborhood. He and Mister Rogers have a pretend party.
