Mister Rogers tries to follow dance steps on a mat. He goes to the Dance Theatre of Harlem to meet Arthur Mitchell. Later, Mr. McFeely visits and has a film about him and Mrs. McFeely dancing. Lady Elaine Fairchilde names her dance studio the Sometimes Happy Dance Studio. She learns that men dance just as much as women.
