When the king returns from his meeting he appreciates hearing Robert Troll say how much he likes his company.

Mister Rogers shows the signs “Please knock,” “Don’t knock,” and “Please ring.” He explains how they are used. He shows a book with pictures of all the neighbors. Carol Saunders visits Mister Rogers. She plays the guitar and sings with him. In the Neighborhood of Make-Believe, Mrs. Saunders is singing a song for King Friday and Sara Saturday. She and Handyman Negri play a duet on their guitars. Lady Elaine is tired of being a lady. Handyman Negri explains to her that ladies do all types of different jobs and could be called handy ladies. Back with Mister Rogers, he shows a model of the Museum-Go-Round made by Robert Trow.
Mister Rogers brings in a model of the Platypus house made by Bob Trow. Officer Clemmons sings a song written by Mister Rogers. He and Mister Rogers visit the police station. Officer Clemmons demonstrates how the office equipment works. He explains that policemen are in the business of helping people. In the Neighborhood of Make-Believe, Dr. Bill and Officer Clemmons sing together. Elsie Jean Platypus uses a handy ladies Lady Elaine wants to open up a pie restaurant. Back with Mister Rogers, Officer Clemmons tells him how his wife bakes good pies which are real and not make-believe.
Mister Rogers shows how to make puppets out of wooden spoons. He visits Bob Trow’s Workshop where Bob has just finished making a model of Corney’s factory. Later, Mister Rogers and Bob show how chairs are made from paper cups and wooden spoons, and Mister Rogers shows a film about making mud pies. In the Neighborhood of Make-Believe, Lady Aberlin talks to Corney about how people sometimes forget to comb their hair. They decide to make a hair chair that will comb hair when a person sits in it. Lady Elaine buys 111 hair chairs from Corney for her pie restaurant.
