Joey Hollingsworth gives Daniel Striped Tiger a sailboat and an inflatable water ring to play with in the frog pond. Hollingsworth tells X the Owl that he will give him his present tomorrow after he buys the batteries it needs.

Mister Rogers shows different kinds of balls and talks about the sports people play that involve them. Joey Hollingsworth is looking for a magic ball for his dance act. Lady Aberlin asks Grandpere to make one with his machine, but it is hard to catch. The ball eventually arrives at the castle and dances with Joey.
Mister Rogers demonstrates that boxing in a controlled, safe environment can be an effective way to release anger. The neighbors are keeping their gift for Joey Hollingsworth a secret, so he is very curious and a bit nervous. When he discovers that it is a book, he is delighted and thanks them by dancing.
