Mister Rogers and Bob Trow make paper weights from seashells and plaster of Paris. He explains shapes and different kinds of seashells. In the Neighborhood of Make-Believe, King Friday XIII notices that Bob Dog and Robert Troll have the same eyes. At the Platypus mound, Robert Troll visits the new baby platypus and gives her a gift of a seashell. X and Henrietta are going to visit the new platypus. Back at the house, Mister Rogers and Bob Trow talk briefly about pretending and waiting.
Mister Rogers arrives with two hourglasses – one that shows how long it takes for a minute to pass. In the Neighborhood of Make-Believe, X the Owl and Henrietta Pussycat go to the Platypus mound to play with the new baby platypus. They learn that, unfortunately, Ana Platypus has to grow before they can play games with her. When they return home, X and Henrietta play dress-up with Mr. Anybody. Back at the house, Mister Rogers shares a film about children playing in the sand.
Mister Rogers and Mr. McFeely play a new game, “How Many Times?”, in which they spin a wheel that tells them how many times to do a certain action. In the Neighborhood of Make-Believe, Mr. McFeely delivers a fortune teller’s costume to Lady Elaine. Mr. Anybody puts on the costume and tells fortunes to the neighbors. After predicting that Henrietta Pussycat will be wearing a striped dress, Mr. Anybody sings You Are Pretty. At the castle, Mr. Anybody shares a fortune with the king and queen predicting that King Friday will find new happiness next week and Queen Sara will have a baby next Tuesday! Back at the house, Mister Rogers and Mr. McFeely continue playing the “How Many Times” game before concluding for the day.
Mister Rogers prepares items needed to do leather carving. Mrs. Frank shows a carved leather belt and demonstrates how the carving is done. Betty Aberlin has her hair cut and set at the Beauty Shop. Mister Rogers demonstrates how some children wear a patch on one eye or on their clothes. In the Neighborhood of Make-Believe, Handyman Negri has an eye patch on and shows King Friday that his eye is still there under the patch. King Friday tries on the eye patch. Handyman Negri applies some tonic to King Friday’s hair and offers him a warm soap facial massage. Queen Sara does not recognize her husband with the lather on his face. Back at the house, Mister Rogers talks about how things do not go away when they are covered up. He concludes for the day by singing I Like to Be Told.
Mister Rogers shows John’s dachshund puppy, Frisky, wearing a leash and collar. He follows the dog and talks about male and female dogs. Mister Rogers visits Bob Trow’s workshop where Bob and John Rogers are making fingerpaint pictures. Mister Rogers returns Frisky to his son. As everyone looks at their fingerprints, even Frisky uses his paw to make a print on paper. In the Neighborhood of Make-Believe, Handyman Negri and Lady Aberlin are looking for Bob Dog. They look all over the neighborhood and in Someplace Else. They find Bob Dog at Donkey Hodie’s. He has run away from Make-Believe fearing that no one will want him around when the royal baby arrives. Opening the letter, Bob Dog is happy to find that King Friday would like him to serve as the royal family’s watchdog. Back at Mr. Trow’s workshop, Mister Rogers talks with John about caring for Frisky, then returns to the television house where he concludes by singing I’m Taking Care of You.
