Mister Rogers takes a few toys to Trow’s Workshop. He and Bob Trow build a pretend store and take turns pretending to be the storekeeper. Mr. McFeely stops by and tells Mister Rogers that he can stop by his house tomorrow to watch a movie of he and Mrs. McFeely flying in the air. Pilot Ito takes Queen Sara Saturday for a ride on the royal airplane. Bob Dog stays on the ground and pretends he is flying because he is not ready to ride in a real airplane.
Mister Rogers shows a library book about animals and their mothers. He visits Mrs. McFeely who is recovering from a cold. She tells about her anger at being ill. The McFeelys describe their ride in the hot air balloon and say that toy balloons cannot carry anyone away. Mister Rogers explains that wishing does not make people sick. In the Neighborhood of Make-Believe, Bob Dog is playing Superdog. Lady Elaine wants to be super, too. She wears a cape and, feeling brave, she flies around. Bob Dog shows Queen Sara how he flies, but the queen is sick and very short-tempered. He is upset and hurt. Dr. Bill delivers a note to Bob Dog from the queen saying she is sorry. Lady Elaine arrives making a lot of noise, so Bob Dog suggests that they go to Someplace Else.
Mister Rogers visits with Susan Linn at Betty’s Little Theatre. The puppet Cat-a-Lion misses Audrey who is on vacation. When Cat-a-Lion receives a postcard from Audrey, he is happy; he knows what she is doing and when she is coming home. Mister Rogers explains ventriloquism. He shows that a box can’t hold music, but music can be held in memory. In the Neighborhood of Make-Believe, Queen Sara is sick in bed. She is concerned about the others being told about her illness. Handyman Negri announces the news of the Queen’s illness. Lady Elaine thinks the queen is gone, and Daniel becomes very upset. Daniel insists on seeing the queen.
Mister Rogers shows the equipment in a doctor’s black bag. He plays doctor with a toy bear and gives him an injection. Mister Rogers visits Clemmons’ Studio and hears a rock and roll band. Joe Negri shows his electric guitar and explains how it works. In the Neighborhood of Make-Believe, Handyman Negri is playing sad music because Queen Sara is still sick. The neighbors decide to play for the queen and have a practice session. Mr. McFeely delivers the news that the queen is much better.
Mister Rogers has a juicer for Chef Brockett. He makes orange juice and grapefruit juice. At the bakery, they make carrot juice. He talks about what adults don’t like when they are sick. Chef Brockett closes his eyes and tries to identify fruits by feeling them. In the Neighborhood of Make-Believe, Handyman Negri comes to the castle to invite Queen Sara to a concert. The concert is held after some disagreement between the doctors and King Friday. Everyone celebrates that Queen Sara feels better.
