Mister Rogers shows a box that plays a laughter sound effect. Then he goes to Brockett’s Bakery to see Chef Brockett decorate gingerbread men with different facial expressions. In the Neighborhood of Make-Believe, Lady Aberlin conducts an experiment to see how long it takes the different neighbors to laugh after hearing the sound effect from the laughing box. Eric Kloss visits with Mister Rogers and makes different sounds using a wind synthesizer.
